Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Vice President Real Estate Specialist in our Spain Real Estate Private Banking division (IWM) located in Madrid.

You will be involved in the full advisory, strategic process : generation, offering, advisory and delivery. You will have to (i) identify and analyze Real Estate investment opportunities, (ii) search for potential investors (iii) negotiate and close deals.

You will also support all the Relationship Managers in Spain in acquiring and retaining private banking clients who have an interest in Real Estate investments, creating a real partnership with them in your field of expertise.

You should deliver a top service to our clients, allowing the Relationship Managers to further develop their business.

Your future colleagues

Join the Real Estate Private Banking team. You will report directly to the head of the Real Estate Private Banking (IWM) team in Spain and you should be able to build a strong collaboration and partnership with front teams and Credit Suisse clients, servicing well-established relationships and helping in prospecting actions.

Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have :

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate brokerage services.
  • Experience in Real Estate Weath Mangement Capital Market is a plus.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Generation, Offering, advisory and closing transactions in the commercial Market. Good knowledge of the Retail high street and office Market.
  • Strong client and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
  • Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Diligent work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations.
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus.
