Guardian Glass Services is seeking a Controller with a strong knowledge of financials who will play a key role in preparation and analysis of financial data to support the business.
To be successful in the role, the individual requires significant intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, financial acumen, creativity and out of the box thinking.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Business Strategy support, commercial, purchases and operations areas with ad-hoc analysis, supporting Prices &Products & Segment strategy.
Maintain Business financial controls.
Support on cost management initiatives and Investment decision strategies.
Maintain and update decision making tools : sales and profitability analysis, cost modelling, and forecasting models,
Seek improvement opportunities and transformation of the finance to create the greatest value.
New customers analysis : Rating, prices and profitability.
Support external audit requests.
The Experience You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of experience in a similar position. It will be value positively Glass service experience.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft tools.
Experience with Navision and Business Intelligence software.
C1 English level and perfectly Spanish.
Availability to travel.
Self-motivation, Positive attitude, good communicator, team working capacity and leadership abilities. Quickly adapt to new problems and operate within an environment of experimentation and changes.
