We're scaling fast and looking to grow our team with world-class candidates to support our vision of rewilding retail!

What will you do as a IT Team Lead?

We're moving fast to build the best products for our brands and retailers. In 2022 we plan to triple our engineering team by hiring at least 150 new technical roles.

We plan to deepen our expertise in the backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, and other areas to help us build out our platform.

Your mission will be to build and integrate information and computer systems that meet specific needs. Integrating the software and hardware that will best meet the purpose defined by a customer.

Examine the current systems architecture, and work with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems.

We are looking for a true team-player, manager and coach and will help us to execute our most important IT related projects.

Responsibilities of the IT Team Lead to focus on :

What you will do :

Manage, coach and mentor the IT team in EMEA

Help us in implement our IT projects,

Keep yourself and your colleagues up and running in our offices. That includes laptops, telephony and office peripherals

Help us in our future ambitions of network authentication, onboarding automation, (further) monitoring, etc

Help organise the purchase of hardware and software

Continuously evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that the IT offering meets those

Simplify identity and access management infrastructure

Take part in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, etc)

Job Requirements :

A collaborative and "team player" mentality.

Strong knowledge of Mac systems. Windows and / or Linux are nice to have.

Proven experience of having worked in an IT engineering position for a minimum of 2 to 3 years.

Proven experience of having managed an IT team for a minimum of 1 to 2 years.

You can actively contribute to our organisational policies regarding quality standards and strategic planning

Knowledge of MDM (Mosyle and Intune), IDP (Okta), Google Workspace and Atlassian Jira

Network skills are nice to have
