The role The Product Manager is a member of the Services team that reports to the Business Owner. This individual contributes to the ideation of new solutions and is responsible for the productization of approved solutions within a particular practice area.

They must be collaborative and agile, with commercial competence in their practice area. Key Responsibilities Analyze market and customer needs to develop present and future product lines Respond to internal idea submissions and inquiries Participate in internal and customer-facing ideation workshops Facilitate the creation and validation of business model canvases with core team members Develop and manage business cases, including investment plans and associated ROI Participate in quarterly planning sessions to determine upcoming roadmap commitments Manage third-party vendor negotiations with other internal SMEs Drive strategy and solution development within practice area team Maintain alignment with service line leaders, business owners, platform owners and other internal stakeholders Participate in (and lead, when needed) standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives Own commercial vision of each solution within practice area Ensure all productization deliverables are completed in adherence with committed timeframes Support post-launch sales enablement efforts What we need to see from you Software engineering or related University degree.

Knowledge of the GCP technology landscape, and experience working directly or indirectly to solution GCP products for customers Experience in developing and managing Managed Services in addition to advisory, consultatory and professional engagements associated with software.

7+ years professional experience in control and execution of complex projects as well as extensive knowledge of product management standards and methodologies Extensive experience of Future Data Center Practices, with particular knowledge of Google Cloud and ISV offerings.

Highly-developed consulting and problem-solving competence Experience with assessing vendors, third party services, and products An excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, and C-level presentation skills.
