Your mission?

Advice and support our Spanish / Italian Pro customers and make human support the cornerstone of our customer experience! You will be a part of the new B2B Spanish & Italian Sales Team, you will report directly to the IT / ES B2B Sales Manage.

Responsabilities

  • Give the best support to pro customers who call us : accompany our pro into their purchases and Manomano Pro website’s handling
  • Generate additional BV through outbound calls , hot leads
  • Give technical advise on our pro specialities : plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, construction works, etc.
  • Maximize satisfaction of our customer and stimulate repurchase : reinsure on delivery and inventory, optimize shipping fees, etc.
  • Be a part of a new team! Participate to new Sales initiatives adapted to your marke t
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-6 years of experience, including in sales or in an activity with customer contacts
  • Italian native and English bilingual
  • 100% customer centric
  • Good knowledge in one of our pro speciality : pluming, sanitory, electricity, toolings, constructions materials
  • Good digital culture
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
