About the role : - Dedication : full time- Location : Sant Cugat del Vallés- Project's length : 12 months estimated, extendableMain responsibilities : - Be responsible for supporting the Personal Systems demo center for demos and presentations and answering technical presales questions- Engage other technical resources (Presales organization, EMEA regional and World Wide Divisional resources, etc) where needed.

  • In charge of customer service and technical consultation, being responsible for conducting a room tour to explain the models of the available products and perform demonstrations of their use, mainly in English.
  • Maintenance of the devices in the room, making the necessary arrangements so that they are fully operational for visits.
  • Present the advantages of HP’s PPS products and solutions.- Provide technical recommendations, direction and guidance on Personal Systems solutions.
  • Engage in sales opportunities requiring an in-depth or technical understanding of PPS client hardware, software and solutions.
  • Propose the best, most competitive configurations and solutions for our customers- Answering and tracking technical questions from the countries- Deliver trainings to other departments about PPS products and solutions.
  • Helping sales representatives to respond to customers’ requests for information, proposal and Quote (RFI, RFP, RFQ).- Raise and manage technical escalations on questions and technical issues which cannot be solved within the EMEA Inside Technical Consultant team- Provide proactive technical updates to the sales community that is supported.
  • Resolve Customer technical issues remotely (Presales issues only)- Maintain positive total customer experience (TCE)- Background & Skills : - Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer, Telecoms, Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience in technical field)- English Full Professional Working Proficiency- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation- Current experience and knowledge of computer technologies, hardware, operating systems - Genuine passion for Technology- Proactive and self-driven- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Planning and organizing skills- Goal oriented- Team playerWhat we offer : - Good working environment - Multicultural and dynamic team - Free language courses with native speaker teachers - Monthly individual one-to-one follow up - Fun & wellbeing activities (teambuildings, paddle tournament) - Intracon benefits (discounts on health insurance, sport centers and more)
