We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help support and improve our sales processes of our Hospitality business (Hotel & Restaurant).
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall, the Sales Operations team is in charge of running smoothly and continuously improving sales operations in a scalable way, to increase sales revenue & productivity.
In relationship with Central teams and our 3 Regional sales teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC), you will have 3 main missions :
Become the Salesforce expert to support the Sales teams (acquisition, farming, key accounts) in the daily operational processes such as leads assignment, new customer onboarding, bugs escalation
Proactively identify process inefficiencies to maximize operational efficiency in collaboration with Sales and Tech teams (Salesforce, Data teams)
Assure the visibility and adoption of new processes and tools to central and regional stakeholders
Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify sales & processes improvement and help business stakeholders to take decisions
Build reporting to follow up on sales performances for sales managers & sales regional directors
Project Management :
Drive projects to improve tools, processes and have a direct impact on the business in collaboration with Sales & Tech teams
Drive change management to ensure new processes / tools / best practices adoption by all our sales teams
First experience in sales and / or operations in a fast-paced and international environment
Data lover and good excel skills
Problem solver, process and results oriented
Communication skills to interact with various local and central stakeholders from different seniority levels
Excellent organization & time management
Humble and eager to learn
Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish and / or French is a plus)
