Contribute to the development and management of our life underwriting philosophy, technical standards, controls and practices.
Actively contribute ideas and work to develop new or enhanced products, systems, procedures and processes based on technical, customer and distributor insights.
Provides underwriting solutions to clients by partnering with them to identify unique, creative ways to solve their problems and improve their business results.
Create and execute quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Supports the identification and resolution of underwriting issues and implications on operational processes through data analytics to achieve desired outcomes.
Work in close collaboration with our Innovation team to understand overall organizational strategy and combine with specific analysis being completed in Underwriting.
Participate in the evaluation and development of new and existing life products
Champions use of technology within underwriting to enhance sales growth, efficiency and customer experience.
On a client specific basis, understand the explicit problem that each client is trying to solve in order to maximize the value on our underwriting offering.
Collect information aiming at conducting and maintaining comprehensive analysis on underwriting rules and market practice among insurers.
Fluently bilingual English skills, both verbally and in writing. Other languages (Portuguese, Italian or German) is desirable.
7+ years’ experience. Insurance knowledge is desired.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business. MBA is highly desired.
High technological knowledge and skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills as demonstrated in general conversation, formal presentations and written documents.
