The Customer Quality Associate (CQA) is responsible for supporting BD MDS Quality activities related to B2B opportunities within the assigned territory.

The Customer Quality Associate (CQA) is responsible for supporting BD MDS Quality activities related to B2B opportunities within the assigned territory.

This position is responsible for supporting related BD quality processes and procedures, including Customer Notification of Change, Complaint Handling and responding to Quality Queries from the commercial team.

This role reports directly to the Customer Quality Specialist and the successful candidate will be developed to support customer quality activities for multiple products in the MDS portfolio.

The CQA works closely with the BD Quality Management team and colleagues to integrate quality and compliance initiatives while supporting business improvement and satisfaction for their customer(s).

Works closely with the MDS B2B Quality team, and the B2B Account Managers. Interacts comfortably at the account management level and understands when to involve BD senior management.

Main responsibilities will be :

  • Supports the Quality Queries team, responding to questionnaires, and other relevant customer queries.
  • Support the B2B Quality Organization in Complaint Management
  • Issue monthly reports on Customer Complaint Status.
  • Support the progress and development of the B2B Quality team through new initiatives in response to customer requirements and market trends.
  • Preferably educated to university degree level in Life Sciences, you must have a proven successful quality track record.

    An excellent communicator and presenter with robust interpersonal and analytical skills, you’re a flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a matrix organisation.

    Your ability to drive for results and meet targets complements your initiative and ability to work autonomously to generate leads, priorities and complete.

    Additionally, you handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner. With intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office, ideally you’ll also offer experience of one or more of :

  • High level of fluency in English.
  • Good understanding of Medical Device or Pharma Processing.
  • Good understanding of Quality System and Quality Engineering principles
  • Ability to understand MDS B2B business strategy and key strategic imperatives / metrics
