Job Description : That's a cool job! I want it! Splunk is seeking a highly motivated Inside Partner Account Manager (I-PAM), to support the growing needs of EMEA partner ecosystem.

The I-PAM will work directly with the EMEA Partner Management team and the EMEA Inside sales teams with the primary objective of supporting run rate business, pipeline generation and partner enablement.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is highly organized, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high work volume with a number of different partners.

Responsibilities : I want to and can do that!

  • Promote and educate partners on products, services, sales / marketing resources.
  • Support activities that drive pipe generation and new sales, whilst increasing attach rates for Splunk Products.
  • Engage in both proactive and reactive activities based on the needs of partners and sales team.
  • Build out & augment partner profile information and contact information within SFDC.
  • Provide feedback to Partner team regarding market intelligence, competition, training gaps and other valuable data gathered during partner interactions.
  • Evangelize and support Splunk events and drive attendance.
  • Support development of go-to-market plans.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews with partner and assist Field PAMs in monitoring progress towards strategic goals, maintain momentum.
  • Support Partner SE & Field PAMs with marketing and co-marketing opportunities (lunch-n-learns, seminars, webinars, trade shows).
  • Provide cross-functional direction for certification, education, and training inquiries and shepherd partner to appropriate Splunk resources to further their development and sale initiatives
  • Validating deal status in relation to Splunk / Partner Sourced, and field program questions from both the Partner & Splunk Sales teams.
  • Requirements : I’ve already done that or have that!

  • 2 4 years in Technology Sales & Channel Sales experience.
  • Experience in managing customer and / or partner relationships.
  • Understanding of opportunity, qualification, running a deal cycle and forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and support initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in SFDC preferred.
  • Education : Got it!

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA / graduate degree a plus
  • Speaks Spanisch, English and potentially fluent French
