Liquibox is a global liquid packaging company that is looking for an European Customer Services Representative.
This is a proactive and varied role, to deliver superior customer service to your allocated Liqui-Box customers in the various regions and sectors in which the company operates.
Essential Functions & Responsabilities :
To work effectively with a diverse range of customers across various allocated geographical regions, to manage the timely and accurate receipt & processing of orders via air sea and road, with particular emphasis on Spanish and French accounts.
To provide customer documentation as required (for example certificates of conformity, batch sheets and sales reports)
To communicate internally with production and warehousing departments & externally as required, to resolve any issues, ensuring timely manufacture and delivery of goods in line with customer requirements.
To enter customer complaints into Salesforce & arrange any customer returns as required
To raise credits and / or manual invoices
To ensure customer and order information is accurately maintained within the ERP system
To take a proactive approach with customers to ensure orders are received in good time and in line with Regional Managers’ Sales Forecasts.
To monitor customer orders against monthly sales expectations to ensure accuracy of reported sales numbers
To provide absence cover for other customer services team members, as required
High Standard of Education strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in working with diverse teams
Demonstrated capability to resolve client issues
Ability to take the initiative and prioritise is a prerequisite
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to customers in a busy team environment
PC literate, numerate - good Excel skills an advantage
Ability to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the business
Oracle experience in order management processes a bonus
Fluent Spanish, English and French language skills are a requirement, other languages a bonus
Experience of working in customer services in a manufacturing environment desired
