Position responsibilities :
Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department.
Contribute to improving the efficiency of the Strategic Account Solutions (SAS) team and improve the client experience by providing administrative support to the team Billing duties : resolving invoicing issues, following up internally ot ensure jobs are billed in a timely fashion.
Aid Client Services Associates in daily tasks as needed.
Managing team emails and replying to simple queries from the Production Team and the client with guidance from manager.
Running reports for the Client Services Team’s ongoing projects, organizing information, providing initial assessments and tracking their progress.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Perform other special projects or duties when required.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager / supervisor.
Essential skills and experience required :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, other languages would be an asset
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills
Detail orientation with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
