Interbrand needs an Arabic native person as a Senior Consultant for our Strategy Department. It is necessary that this person live physically at Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), with a great knowledge of Arabic culture, values, Arabic market and business in order that the person should be able to lead our current strategy project and generate new business always supported by Interbrand team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Embody Interbrand values serves as contributor to positive team culture and quality standards.
Contribute to strategic thinking for clients, understanding client objectives and delivering value at every client interaction (kickoff, meeting, conference call, etc).
Develop current client relationships (and identifies upselling opportunities if relevant) and coordinates project deliveries alongside Client Service and Design representatives.
Lead and contribute directly to structure, content and delivery of documents for internal or client use (diagnostic, repositioning, brand architecture, etc).
Lead and moderate workshops (internal and external).
Manage consultants and / or analysts (coordinating, coaching, reviewing).
Act as First point of supervision and feedback for Consultant work.
Act as Second point of supervision and feedback for Analyst work (after Consultant review).
Lead New Business POVs and attends New Business opportunities if relevant.
Collaborate in marketing material generation and events (writing articles or attending conferences if requested).
Contribute to the knowledge sharing among the team (pertaining their specific area of expertise or interest).
Participate periodically in recruiting process : shortlist selection, interview and summary (enlisting and coordinating help from others when needed).
Required Knowledge :
Degree in Business, Advertising, PR or similar
8 years experience in business strategy and similar tasks
Excellent Arabic speaking capabilities is a must
Excellent in written and verbal English
High degree of computer knowledge (Excel, Power Point )
