  • Our client is looking for experienced Lead Generators to join them in their beautiful offices based in Barcelona. They are looking for the following;
  • German speaking, Dutch speaking, Italian speaking, Swedish speaking or French speaking people with a minimum of 1 years current experience.

    Full training on the service they offer will be provided. This is a leading tech company you will be working for so if you do come from a tech sales background then even better.

    The Sales Organization

    The Sales Organization in the business is the primary connection to the customers and prospects; focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding the presence in the territory's existing customer.

    The teams work geographically or are industry focused.

    How you will spend your time as their Business Development Representative :

  • Performing outbound identification and development of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Inbound Marketing generated lead follow up
  • Outbound calling (about 40-50 per day) to achieve timely follow up and thorough qualification of marketing and sales leads
  • Participation in Marketing Events (both in person and online)
  • Contribute to and support the territory plan in conjunction with the sales representatives
  • Assess prospective client needs, determine value, and hand-off to the field and inside sales resources for follow up and close
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of early stage leads
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data in CRM system
  • Build strong communities within the territory base using digital and social channels

  • Have previous Lead Development / Inside Sales / Telemarketing experience within IT Software. An understanding of Big Data is a plus.
  • Previous experience of lead generation and or sales.
  • Have Strong listening, probing, and skills.
  • Can learn about new technologies and skills quickly
  • Can work well both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Have a strong personality and love to interact with customers
  • Are driven by overachievement and recognition
  • Wish to advance quickly in a software sales environment
  • Native German, Dutch, French, Italian or Swedish and English professional proficiency required.

    The role is located in Barcelona, Spain. This is a hybrid position so you will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
