DDS Business Readiness Consultant

Position summary :

The Business Readiness Consultant will work as part of the DDS Deployment team and will be responsible to execute and enhance when appropriate the DDS Business Readiness plan as defined by the DDS Business Readiness Manager.

The Business Readiness Consultant ensures a smooth and effective transition of Clients, Partners and Associates from current data model to new model as defined for each country by the DDS team.

Role objectives :

  • Collaborates with Internal stakeholders (mainly Partner Integration Engineers, Client Services, Implementation and Integration teams) to ensure Partners, Associates and Client readiness impacted by the DDS rollout / Country Data Scope change.
  • To ensure DDS client adoption objectives are met (reduction of the Supplementary Entry Forms).
  • 3. Acting as second level support & DDS deployment SME to the Client & Partner facing teams on clients & partners queries and escalations about DDS deployment.

  • Tracking & reporting progress of DDS Country deployment to DDS Project team.
  • Responsibilities : Change Management

    Change Management

  • Execute the change management / Business readiness plan as defined by the DDS Business Readiness Manager in each country impacted by the DDS rollout.
  • Ensure Clients, Partners and Associates communication packs are sent on time and with the required quality.
  • Enhance the communication packs when appropriate and share with the DDS project team.
  • Lead Client’s webinars & FAQ sessions.
  • Support Client and Partners facing associates as well as strategical Clients before and post DDS Go live.
  • Country Readiness :

  • Understand and explain changes related to input method to Clients & Associates, including required integration changes for Clients with HCM integrations.
  • Collaborate with Country Solution Manager, Partner Integration Engineer and other DDS key Stakeholders to create the DDS data reference documents for Clients, Associates and Partners (Country Data reference files).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and DDS key Stakeholders to ensure technical readiness for clients with HCM integration.
  • Participate in the User Acceptance Testing to ensure Client requirements are met.
  • Track & report on Client, Associates and Partner readiness to DDS project team and raise issues when appropriate.
  • Qualifications :

    Experience / Skills :

    1. ADP CGC payroll process & Integration knowledge.

    2. Superior presentation & communication skills.

    3. Demonstrable ability to bring projects to a successful conclusion with a collaborative mindset.

    4. Service-oriented team worker, highly organized and able to work with little direction.
