Main Tasks :
Performing Service Activities at customer site and / or in the office
Yearly increase of service turnover, active customers to achieve company targets
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other events.
Providing technical assistance and product training to customer and sales engineers.
Conducting customer visits regularly & Interpreting customer requirements based on technical needs with integrity of Kistler products and services
Giving phone / remote / on-site support for the customers and Sales Engineers
Support marketing activities such as emailing for service news for customers
Preparing, developing and promoting maintenance contracts
Creation and follow-up of quotes for service and products
Requirements : :
University degree preferably in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering
3 -5 years of experience in PLC programming and maintenance electromechanical systems
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in industrial automation products
Fluent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English
Knowledge in sensor and measuring technology is a plus
IT knowledge is a must
Have a B class driving license with a clean record
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, used to work by targets and good team player
Capacity of Self-Learning
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
