We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Wound Care Business in Spain.
The role :
As a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for managing a territory, a set of accounts in the Iberian Region and maximizing revenue for the company.
Tasked with creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for the assigned region, developing and implementing key strategic accounts / channel initiatives, markets and account plans with providers / partners / key accounts.
You are responsible for new business from prospective and existing accounts within the assigned territory, and meeting and / or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals to effectively & efficiently lead the account managers team.
Your responsibilities :
Develop & maintain short & medium term business plans to focus activity in support of National Marketing Strategy and Sales Tactics to maximise sales and contribution in primary care and acute sectors
Develop relationships within Wound Care Organisations in line with National Strategy to ensure that Mölnlycke offer can be positioned
To propose and share ideas identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with other Sales Managers to develop strategies and achieve result
Secure the maximum number of tender position inclusions and ensure comprehensive merchandising takes place in order to increase business results
Identify and widely communicate market trends & competitor information to contribute to national sales and marketing strategies and the success of Sales Management colleagues.
Identify the key decision makers in Regional Tenders
Recruit, develop, motivate and retain excellent team members in order to achieve business targets.
Follow up of all procedures related to the Integrated Management System
Your profile :
5 + years of sales experience
3 + years in a managerial role
2 + years of medical sales experience
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Fluent in English language, verbal and written.
Fluent in Spanish language, verbal and written
Broad knowledge of the Health Care Market and appropriate therapeutic areas Beneficial
