Main responsabilities

  • Play a key role in the implementation of a global integrated brand strategy
  • Track key performance indicators and business performance across geographic markets
  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external agencies / consultants across geographic markets
  • Identify future growth opportunities based on relevant consumer trends and insights using stage-gate process
  • Organize events & meetings to share and present news to distributors and sales teams
  • Develop global communications and specific materials for consumers and sales teams
  • Respond to specific market needs
  • Manage the Marketing budget
  • Your profile

  • MBA with at least 4 years of FMCG product management experience or in marketing agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with all management levels
  • Negotiation and influence skills
  • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectually curious
  • Innovative & calculated risk taker and suspicious of the status-quo
  • Personal values aligned with our company culture
  • Other considerations

  • Position based in Barcelona area
  • Willingness to travel and open to international mobility
  • High command of English & Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of German or an additional language will be highly appreciated
