About the role
The Digital Marketing Executive will help us develop and manage impactful marketing content and messaging in all formats, especially : text, images and video.
You will oversee the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, email campaigns, blog, website, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement and direct booking leads.
You will ensure the Hotel’s web and Nobu App presence is aligned with the Resort’s positioning and business objectives and where possible links to other Nobu Ibiza content channels.
Leverage market intelligence, consumer insights and provide strategic recommendations to enable data-led decision-making and will Implement strategies to increase web traffic, engagement and conversion.
The person in this role will be in charge of demand generation and acquisition, and will be resposible for :
Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blog and Email Marketing through Cendyn.
Design content marketing initiatives across all media types and channels (i.e. articles, web content, social media content, email messaging, sales presentations, webinars)
Develop editorial calendar and deliver engaging, original content according to deadlines.
Monitor, analyse and report on the campaign progress to improve and evolve our social marketing strategy over time
Monitor Resort and competitor media coverage, social media, as well as online reviews for more in-depth market insight.
Define an annual digital marketing and direct marketing strategy and plans by working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager in identifying key opportunities and gaps in business.
Works closely with the F&B and Spa teams to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to stimulate and capture revenue opportunities.
Concept development, concept enhancements and innovations for restaurants and bars.
Ensure Nobu Ibiza is successfully leveraging the full range of global Marketing and Digital Programs including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Display.

What you need to have
A keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation of creative aesthetics through a luxury lens.
Experience in formulating integrated Social Media and Marketing Communications strategies and tactical plans.
Excellent English and Spanish communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mindset.
Experience in reputation management and crisis communications.
Experience in digital marketing and managing social media strategy and channels.
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Proven success in interpreting data and translating findings into an action plan that supports business goals.
Proficiency with Social Media management tools (Sprout Social or similar), user-generated content platforms and online reputation management tools (Revinate or similar) an asset.
Experience in consumer marketing.
Deep understanding of Affluent consumers including their preferences and buying cycle. Previous experience in Travel Industry.
