Queries and / or incidents, configurations and specific training in the transactional flow by baVel’s system or with other system channels (interconnections with Partners, AS2, Webservice, ftp, mail, etc) Preferably : · Previous experience as a technical support agent or as an administrative agent· Advance level of English, Spanish and Catalan is a must (other languages will be highly valued)· Good communications skills
