Job Description

The BITS Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for technically managing the Adevinta internal systems (IAM, ITSM, Cloud Governance, Finance & HHRR, etc) as well as the integrations between them.

As Adevinta business is continuously evolving, there are many onboardings of new marketplaces, and this is why it is so important to correctly manage the integrations between the critical internal systems.

Joining the BITS Enterprise Architecture team is a great opportunity to be part of the process of building and maintaining the internal systems of a cloud native international company.

Your main responsibilities will be :

Provide technical solutions (in collaboration with the Integrations & Data Manager) and support inside the BITS team (IAM, ITSM, Cloud Governance, Finance & HHRR, etc).

Provide technical solutions (in collaboration with the Integrations & Data Manager) and effectively onboard marketplaces internal systems.

Design (in collaboration with the Integrations & Data Manager), implement and operate the integrations between the internal systems.

Automate any required critical internal processes to improve global efficiency.

Main requirements

SA BSc (or equivalent) degree in computer science.

Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

Strong UNIX background.

The ability to write scripts (Bash, Python or similar).

Proven ability and experience developing computer programs (Golang, Java, Python, Ruby, NodeJS or similar).

Proven ability and experience to automate systems lifecycle management (install, configure, upgrade, monitor, operate, etc).

Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Good understanding of cloud systems integrations.

Good understanding of cloud applications architecture.

Great documentation skills

Good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills.

Technical and business level English is a must

Nice to have

Experience with integrations platforms as a service (Mulesoft, Workato, etc.)

Strong cloud networking skills.
