Purpose of role Lead the Spanish Cluster of Manufacturing Plants (Viana, Granollers) delivering all operational (SQDCM) goals whilst developing a rolling forward pipeline of productivity and a Category-aligned development plan for People and Plant.

Direct leadership of the Plant Leadership Team / delivery of plant goals for the "host plant" - nominally VianaLead the Spanish Supply Chain Cluster

Lead the "host plant" Plant Leadership Team - Viana

Deliver Cluster SQCDM Operational Targets; actively support and collaborate with the Category Central Teams

Deliver all NPD / agreed project activities; actively collaborate with associated stakeholders

Build and deliver a plant roadmap for People and Plant / network development - aligned with Category strategy

Drive IL6S as the way of working within Manufacturing

Operate within the spirit of an End to End SC ensuring best for MSC / Business outcomes Responsibilities

  • Deep expereince in leading large organisational teams; excellent team leadership and engagement skills
  • Strong Manufacturing background with an awareness of best in class conversion processes
  • Proven track record in driving the delivery of stretching operational goals; experience in IL6S / continuous improvement methodologies
  • Financialy numerate; proven ability to develop forward business plans / vision for the function / network
  • Experience of managing, collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels successfully; willingness to work within a peer network
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage Host Plant effectively in local language
