Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, negotiating rates / schedules and communicating results and / or challenges to management.

  • The ideal candidate will have effective sales skills and superior communication skills. Primary Responsibilities : Responsible for selling complete integrated packages including print, digital and within the travel and home category Responsible for cultivating, developing and maintaining relationships with key advertising decision makers at both the agency and client level Maintain and improve advertising revenue and SOM Will make a minimum of 10 sales calls weekly Use various sales aides, visual presentations, research reports and sales support data to help effectively deliver brand’s messaging to clients Provide accurate and timely business estimates via SalesForce, forecasts, paperwork / administration Submit weekly itineraries;
  • generate competitive analysis via reporting tools such as Media Radar Keep relevant others informed (management, split partners) regarding account status, proposals, personnel changes, etc.
