The Implementation team is the part of TravelPerk s Sales Team, responsible for the onboarding of all our Premium and Pro customers on the TravelPerk platform.
This process includes account set up, integrations and customer training. When a new customer is signed, the customer will be introduced to a dedicated Implementation Specialist.
As such, you will ensure the account will be set up accordingly and that both Admins and Travelers are trained on the Travelperk Platform.
You work through any needed integrations and then set training sessions to ensure that the customer is ready to start booking before they are introduced to the Account Management team.
Our Senior Implementation Specialists are primarily responsible for the onboarding of large Enterprise clients with more complex and technical requirements that require a consultative approach.
What You Will Do
It will be your responsibility to clearly articulate the value proposition of TK’s implementation offering, understand a client’s technical complexities and explain solutions which cater to the customer’s needs.
Your participation contributes to the closing and successful onboarding of new customers.
You will not need to code, however, you will lead some technical conversations while collaborating and seeking advice from the product teams whenever necessary by demonstrating clear ownership of the process.
Your ability to navigate through technical conversations and ability to learn and understand how our integrations work will be crucial.
You will be required to carry out conversations regarding product knowledge and be responsible to convey this information to the customer in a clear and distinct manner.
You will work collaboratively with Product, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management teams to ensure you deliver the best outcome for the customer's success.
You are responsible to understand the customer and ensure you deliver a solution to fit the customers requirements. You will also have the ability to keep the momentum going and make sure that the customers are engaged and willing to complete the process as soon as possible.
Through partnerships and other means, you will have to understand the technical challenges faced by our customers and find the solution that fits their needs.
Driving conversations with our product and or partnership teams will be a collaborative effort to ensure the best interest of the customer.
The Impact Delivered
As a Senior Implementation Specialist you are expected to carry a portfolio of our larger and more technical clients. Your customers are companies, mostly, with budgets over 1M in travel annually and require technical integrations to create the best solution for their needs.
They will require a consultative approach all while understanding their current and present needs.
