Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Product Manager will be :
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping the overall direction of our flagship app (BAM), an entertainment-based Facebook Instant Game with over 30M active users.
You will coordinate with the content, data and tech team to bring exciting new features to their users, improve existing ones and build tools for their team to work more efficiently.
Build a holistic view of the entire app, including product roadmap and monetization
Work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Data Analysts and Developers to define roadmaps and execute on the teams’ combined vision
Use real-time data, industry trends, and experience to make product decisions
Define game KPIs and set goals
Come up with engagement, UA, and monetization hypotheses, and design experiments to validate them
Work closely with the UA, Monetization, and Data Science teams to identify opportunities and constantly iterate to improve the game
Deep dive into our analytics tools to support product decisions
Understand their users and their journeys
Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role :
You have a Professional-level of English
You have Several years of experience as a Product Manager / Owner, preferably on a live product in the app space
You have experience working with a team of developers and analysts on a live product
You have experience with conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing AB tests on live products
You have experience managing stakeholder relationships. Preparing and presenting findings and insights to key stakeholders and team members
You have experience working with analysts to create KPI dashboards and retrieving data to drive product and process decisions
You have experience with data extraction and processing (preferred but not required, knowledge in SQL, and Python or R)
You have experience creating product roadmaps, features, and strategies based on data, market trends, and user studies
You have experience with monetization models such as ad-based monetization.
You have solid communication skills with an ability to inspire and rally teams to a common goal
You are a proven and exceptional analytical thinker who can dive deep into details as well as command a holistic view of a product
