Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Commercial Services Manager in Spain.

This role forms a key part in exceeding customer expectations by adding value-added services alongside our products, which will further enhance the customer experience and ensure Mölnlycke is positioned effectively.

Reporting to the Global Services Director, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for logistics services in Spain.

You will participate in tender processes, ensuring that our services offering is in line with client expectations.

Your role will also be to develop, pilot, evaluate and launch a competitive range of logistics services, helping to maintain our leading position in the market and bring further value to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Customers with a range of competitive logistics services that will further strengthen our market positioning with clients
  • Develop a commercially attractive range of services, providing robust processes for automated stock replenishment, new ways to order products, new and bespoke delivery options and various digitalisation projects
  • Be present on client sites, evaluating their needs identifying solutions and proposing efficient ways of working more closely together
  • Ensuring adoption of our value added services among clients
  • Profile :

  • Degree Educated
  • At least 5 years commercial & logistics experience in an international company (Medtech / Medical Devices would be an advantage)
  • Business Acumen, able to identify client pain points and suggest relevent and compelling solutions
  • Strong communicator
  • End to end project management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willing and flexible to travel to client sites across Spain
