Key Responsibilities :

  • Management of the key account clients
  • Development and implementation of action plans and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and improve performance
  • Plan and execute inside and outside sales including acquisition of new clients
  • Conduct sales calls to new agencies and potential partners
  • Contract acquisition and negotiation with company and tour operator clients
  • Preparation of price schedules, discount rates, marketing and sales activities
  • Market research, competitors analysis, competitive price benchmarking
  • Continuous client reporting and communication
  • Arrange events, workshops, etc.
  • Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all new direct sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and traffic results whilst being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short term objectives
  • Key Skills :

  • Based in Barcelona or Catalonia region
  • University degree, preferably in business related subjects

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sales department
  • Excellent knowledge of the Brazilian travel market, travel trends and consumer behavior
  • Extensive personal network within the local outbound travel trade segment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Excellent know-how in MS-Office with advanced Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, eager and success driven team player with the ability to interact with people at all levels and in a multi-cultural working environment
