We are looking for a talented person for new position as Sales Key Account for our ABLOY Critical Infrastructure business, which is a newly created organization within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.

The position reports to ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Critical Infrastructure South Europe Managing Director.

Job Purpose

The Sales Key Account Manager will detect and develop existing and new business opportunities in the market at the related vertical segments focusing on products, services and service solutions.

This role spends time in the market to understand customer's processes and challenges as well as follows vertical / industry trends to stay informed of key changes in the industry.

Important part of the job is translating of this knowledge into new business opportunities and innovative solutions to markets.

The person in this role is responsible of handing out the customer and industry requirements to relevant stakeholders (Product & Software, Services, and Marketing).

This role contributes to training and marketing materials as well as participates in different types of industry events.

Education, knowledge, skills & experience required

Technical Engineering or Tech. School degree - Electronics / Computer Equipment (PLC's, Robotics or similar)

Spanish and fluent English both spoken and written

Proven experience in international company environment

Background and proven experience at the sales field working at the Security Industry and related sectors with successful achievements

Experience in the access control industry with its related sales to products, software-solution services and project management services.

Experience selling into Critical Infrastructure Protection businesses (energy, telecoms, transport, etc., ) is a must

Ability to develop long term relationship business with end users and used to negotiate with multiple stakeholder levels (Operations, Security, Maintenance, Finance, etc...)

Proactive in resolving challenging situations being able to propose alternative solutions (sales, technical, reports, quotations, )

Flexible and adaptable to changes

Proven skills using Microsoft Office and other IT tools

High working capacity , self-organized and used to work under pressure

Travel flexibility. Travel across Spain and other countries sporadically

Position based in Madrid
