Business Developer for Spain

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the candidate will be responsible for increasing our presence in the Spanish territory.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Execute the commercial strategy agreed in the assigned territory.
  • Master the entire sales cycle (from prospecting to closing, renovation and crosselling / upselling)
  • Conducting product demos, compiling customer's needs, defining proposal to be presented, carrying out the presentations & negotiating with clients to reach closing the deal.
  • Advise clients about applications of the company's services.
  • Incorporate and personally manage key accounts for the company (Tier 1 and 2)
  • Achievement of sales targets (New Clients, ad-hoc projects and subscriptions to the platform).
  • Contribute to the construction of the company's network of relations in the country to accelerate its implementation and adoption.
  • Identify, assist and represent the company in those forums of strategic and commercial interest in Spain.
  • EXPERIENCE

    With proven experience (not only in years but also in having reached / exceeded the objectives) :

  • In Start-up
  • In B2B consultative sale
  • Selling to Marketing departments of corporates (Tier 1 and 2)
  • In new business
  • Must have experience managing the sales cycle for new business : Leads / Calls / Presentations / Closing. We are looking for a sales person motivated to generate new clients and new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of consumer research from any perspective will be consider positively.
  • KPI driven (used to work with Sales Operations, CRM, KPI book ...)
  • PROFILE

  • Clear commercial orientation with good presence and communication skills.
  • Results oriented
  • Hands on, very involved, eager, autonomous and decisive.
  • Regular user of office automation tools, CRM and SAAS.
  • Customer portfolio and networking in marketing / product departments will be valued.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor of Business Sciences, ADE, market research or similar.
  • Desirable MBA.
  • English : Able to maintain a conversation.
