Amazon is seeking a talented, dynamic & self-directed Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and evaluate customer-facing multi-channel strategies for Online Amazon Fresh.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering highest-quality benefits and customer experience to millions of Prime customers.
The person in this role will be supporting the team crafting the Customer Experience in Amazon Fresh, building the targeting strategy and communicating with customers to build awareness, attract new customers, increase conversion and retention.
The ideal candidate has to be customer-obsessed, must be able to think and to flawlessly deliver a comprehensive marketing plan.
He or she should be innovative, team oriented, and an effective communicator. This individual must excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts and partnering with buying, suppliers, design, customer experience, analytics teams.
The successful candidate will need to be a smart risk taker who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment.
This is a 12 months fixed term role.
Key job responsibilities
Support cross-channel traffic strategy for Ultra-Fast Grocery.
Manage campaign execution while achieving key performance metric goals.
Create and analyze performance metrics to support business decisions about future direction based on performance.
Partner with BI & Marketing Central teams to test new initiatives, scale best practices and support automation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of professional experience in marketing ideally within a FMCG environment
Project management skills
Very high customer orientation
Strong analytical skills and a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture (Excel proficiency)
Spanish and English speaker. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to partnering with diverse teams in different organizations
Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
