Who are we ? PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters : their employees.

Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.

To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language : JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services.

We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Colvin, 21Buttons or Misterfly to name a few already trust us.

Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and in Spain well be more then 60 people at the end of 2020. We have raised 95M to keep growing.

As a Head of Marketing you will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of PayFit Spain . Reporting directly to the Spain Country Manager and working closely with the Global Product Marketing Director based in France , you will be responsible for : Owning the entire product marketing operation in Spain and leading the Spanish Marketing teamAnalyzing the market and competitive landscape to influence business strategyDriving go-to-market planning and execution of new product launches Enabling field teams to successfully acquire, activate, and retain customersEvangelizing the PayFit product machine both internally and in the HR tech community Your missions ´ŞĆ 1´ŞĆGenerate inbound leads Through our paid channels : work with our Growth performance team to continuously improve our ads strategy - copies, creativities, targets and performance follow up.

But also through free channels such a press mentions, organic traffic, social media traffic to contribute to lead generation and decrease our CPA.

Work on our landing pages wording and design to increase conversion.Work with the Sales and Customer Team to find and develop partnerships and perks for lead generation but also to offer a 360┬║ service to our customers.

2´ŞĆIncrease PayFit brand awareness in the Spanish market Work on the SEO strategy with our Brand & Content Specialist to appear on the first results of the main keywords searches.

Work on our blog (Switch) content and diffusion strategy (social media, outbound sequences) to be a HR reference and generate trust.

Work with our press agency to have a maximum number of impacts on the press every month. 3´ŞĆWork on marketing assets to keep consistency with our brand Work with Global Product Marketing Managers to be in charge of the local communications about app new features.

Work on other content supports for other teams. 4´ŞĆProduct Market Fit Be the voice and expert on Spain market dynamics, buyers, and competitors.

Synthesize information from multiple sources and work with senior leaders to develop a strong point of view on industry developments, key implications, emerging threats, and opportunities.

Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, jetlang masters, data scientists, engineers, marketers, and salespeople to build and launch products in Spain - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and launch debrief.

Be an evangelist for Payfit products. Highlight its value both internally and externally, showcase the success of our customers, and participate in HR tech community events.

5´ŞĆTeam Management Grow and empower the Spanish marketing team comprised of a Brand Manager and a Content Trainee, and later this year, another profile to be defined.

This job is for you if... Minimum Qualifications (Must have) : You have 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager or other relevant work experiences ideally in a SaaS business.

You have experience managing a small teamYou have proven success of collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners.

You have the ability to demonstrate curiosity, initiative, & willingness to creatively solve problemsYou have strong presentation and communication skills, and an aptitude for storytelling.

You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously.Preferred Qualifications : You have experience working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.

You have experience sizing and prioritizing new market opportunities.You have the ability to collect customer and competitor insights to generate actionable content.

You have the ability to influence audiences at all levels and work effectively across geographies. We are meant to work together if.
