Job summary

Develop and improve CCEP’s logistic warehouse infrastructure & automation through :

  • Develop logistic infrastructure masterplans for all CCEP sites
  • Identify opportunities to decrease warehousing and despatch cost while improving service level
  • Develop business cases & specific technical solutions for the Logistics infrastructure capacity & optimization projects
  • Functionally support BU capital project managers in implementing the Logistics infrastructure projects
  • Develop strategy and standards for CCEP Logistics infrastructure & technology
  • Develop our Logistics infrastructure supplier base to fulfill CCEP’s current and future investment needs

  • Site logistics Infrastructure masterplans :
  • Support the development of future site Logistics infrastructure master plans for storage, picking, material handling and despatch.

    The vision & plans need to be aligned with future production investment plans, product portfolio and broader network capacity and infrastructure

  • Logistics Infrastructure ( automated warehousing, picking, material handling & dispatch ) Project Delivery
  • Develop and align with all relevant stakeholders the business case for Logistics Infrastructure capacity & Optimisation.

    Lead the Development of specific technical solutions and project plans

    Identify suppliers for logistics infrastructureand support technical procurement process.

    Functionally support the BU Project leads to implement the project to cost-schedule and performance

    Lead the commissioning and acceptance of the infrastructure projects.

  • Logistics infrastructure strategy
  • Develop clear strategy and standards for CCEP’s logistic infrastructure ( automated warehousing, picking, material handling and Despatch )

  • Supplier management : Develop CCEP’s supplier base to make sure we maintain cost effective solutions for our warehousing projects.
  • Typically a highly experienced manager with specific technical skills in Logistics infrastructure and automation. Adept at conceptualising and developing the projects , processes and plans that will support the delivery of the business’ Logistics Infrastructure strategy.

    Will contribute to strategy development, within a BU, group or function. Roles will usually require the analysis of complex issues and changes to working methods in the own work area.

    Typically functionally leading a virtual project team or teams.

    BU : Operating in country, typically covering a region within a BU or a segment within a Commercial line of business

    Function : Typically operating across the enterprise or as the most senior advisor within a BU or geography in specific technical area
