As a product owner, you will be the voice of the recruitment team by recommending process changes, defining vision and scope, and proactively communicating project visions to business leaders, stakeholders, and users.
You will :
Work in close collaboration with the talent acquisition department to define new features of the applications that will improve efficiency in candidate sourcing
Act as a liaison / point of contact between recruiters and the development team
Contribute to the technical discussion and platform strategy with software development leaders
Test the features of the applications, flag anomalies and evaluate the progress of the product
Communicate and work in synergy with key internal / external stakeholders to craft product features (subsidiaries : WEMEAN, LBC, NOVELAB...)
Prioritize and anticipate recruitment needs as well as develop profound knowledge of the applications
Identify pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and values associated with features and enhancements and drive issues to closure
Ideal Profile :
A Master’s degree holder from a business or engineering school
1 to 3 years of relevant product experiences in the area of Consulting / HR / Recruitment.
You must be fluent in English!
Prior experience in a digital agency is highly desirable
Proven track record of building working relationships with teams, leaders, and cross-functional partners
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Experience using agile methodologies is desirable
Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Including Word and PowerPoint
