Drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and / or Service Manager. Generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s).

Focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units.

Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. Typical duties / responsibilities (not limited) : -

Customer visits. The CS Sales Engineer engages all levels of plant personnel, offering CS portfolio, which includes mainly : Training, Pre-

owned Robots, Service Agreements, Refurbishments or Brown Field modifications.

  • Customer visits
  • Local Reporting
  • Internal Follow up meetings
  • Support to the RA Sales team
  • Support to the Technical team
  • Support to the System Service And application Team
  • Support to the CS Administration department
  • Requirements :

  • University Degree in Engineering (other Technical Degree might be considerate) or equivalent knowledge with demonstrable experience.
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in Engineering Sales / Robotics / Customer Service Sales
  • Knowledge of robotic products (Required)
  • Knowledge of Service Business (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Marketing (Preferred)
  • Fluent Spanish, Catalan and English language
  • Neccesary to travel at least four days per week
  • TECHNICAL / SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR THE JOB :

    Driving license and car for company use.
