Job Description :
Mission & Responsibilities
Support the implementation of local strategies to attract and recruit talents
Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies
Support processes of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding employees to the organization
Contribute to the development of corporate policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and interviewing processes
Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets
Develop talent pools
Participate in internal mobility processes and development
Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files
Qualifications & Languages
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
Languages : English (Intermediate)
Previous experience & Industry background
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Media agency, Tech company, Data company
