For the Organon location in Prague we are looking for a :

Solution Architect, Digital Marketing, Business Technology

Reporting to the Omnichannel Orchestration Product Line lead, the Solution Architect is responsible for guiding and architecting marketing solutions for Organon’s commercial sales and marketing group.

Be the global technical thought leader for the Omnichannel orchestration product line. As a multi-channel marketing expert, you will be partnering directly with marketing leads, data analysts and other members of the Business Technology organization to deliver business value.

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience :

Must have

Education : Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent

4-5 years of industry / agency experience

  • Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and / or other SFMC ecosystem platforms
  • Demonstrate experience of integrating commercial digital marketing solutions into a sales and marketing ecosystem and be familiar with digital identity, profile management and consent / opt-in management.

    Experience working independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment

    Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly and apply these to business problems

    Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills

    Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills

    Experience working independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment

    Preferred

    Preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineer or related field preferred

    Have participated in, or be familiar with, Agile project methodology and practices

    Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc

    Knowledge of digital identity platforms including Akamai Identity Cloud

  • Knowledge of AMPScript, REST APIs, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, Eclipse, Javascript
  • Experience with cloud-based / SaaS solutions is a distinct advantage

  • Experience with AWS a plus including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3
  • Functional background and knowledge of sales and marketing business processes. Experience in Life Sciences would be an advantage

    Experience in Google Analytics, Tag manager, Search Engine Optimization etc. is a big plus.

    Primary job responsibilities include :

    Collaborate across IT and commercial business units to identify and define integrated digital marketing and digital identity capabilities globally Contributes as part of a cross-functional team to the successful delivery of product releases against a prioritized set of requirements.

    Advises Development Lead on work packages and delivers in a timely manner

    Partner with technology vendors on solution architecture and product features

    Provide effort estimates and guidance for associated development work in the portfolio

    Drive continuous improvement of the Integrated digital marketing platforms

    Become fully conversant with systems development life cycle methodology and understand regulatory and compliance needs relevant to digital marketing in the Life Sciences industry

    Actively collaborate and share knowledge across Commercial Business Technology Team
