What is our proposal?

The Customer Acquisition Marketing team is the main responsible for driving the strategy, budget and execution of the performance marketing strategy.

You will help us scale and optimize our customer acquisition channels by optimizing performance against agreed KPIs by leveraging creatives, crack attribution, put in place a testing methodology, etc.

For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns.

  • Supervise the performance marketing strategy across all Exoticca markets and digital channels to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and constantly optimize to ensure goals.
  • Define the roadmap to continuously evolve the media mix including best practices and innovation.
  • Establish and coordinate a strong culture of test, learn and iterate to increase investment efficiency.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget and report on spending.
  • Lead, develop and grow the performance marketing team; and report to the Director of Customer Acquisition.
  • Deal with external providers such as agencies, platforms, etc.
  • Cross-collaboration with design, data and technology teams, among other internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • 5 years experience in performance marketing roles including acquisition and / or retention strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Criteo, among others.
  • Strong data background : familiar with main analytics and data visualization platforms, ability to perform ongoing media optimizations, interpret insights, A / B testing, etc.
  • Should be proactive, hands on, methodologic with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tech and measurement.
  • Familiar with growth environments such as startups.
  • Experience in travel is a plus (but not essential).
