The Proposition Manager will report to the Director of Propositions and Partnerships and be responsible for the development of customer propositions to be tested to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the proposition track.
Responsibilities include customer segmentation, proposition concept development, proposition testing, route-to-market partner development (including liaising with the UK Home and North America Home proposition teams) and development of the overall go-
to-market strategy. The role will champion a customer-centric approach to proposition development while accounting for B2B2C partners and value generation from addressing energy market and grid requirements.
As you deliver and design propositions, working closely with the broader HEM team you will determine market segmentation for testing customer propositions.
Developing messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and excites customers about HEM is key as is developing and testing go to market strategies that allow HEM ventures to reach its target customers, stand out and be competitive in market.
To develop overall go to market strategy for HEM propositions across territories, in collaboration with marketing, commercial and solution teams is at the core of the role as is leading on go to market strategy and messaging for joint propositions with the wider business, particularly Mobility Ventures.
You will need to develop selling opportunities with partner organizations (across all territories and determine and prioritise the testing of new propositions in Europe and North America, providing status updates to the broader HEM team including forecast / pipeline information.
Working collaboratively with the broader HEM team to ensure the solution meets customer needs and proactively informing the team of key issues and challenges and provide potential solutions is required as is accurately monitoring marketing / proposition performance to identify trends, gaps in spending and to inform future marketing strategy, marketing ROI and attribution.
Monitoring HEM propositions from competitors and partners to inform market intelligence is also required.
