What you will do
We are looking for a new member to join the talent acquisition team. We are four people now based in Paris and Barcelona and proud to have recruited 300+ new employees in 2018 across 11 countries.
You will be responsible for driving the full life-cycle recruiting process from developing sourcing strategies, to identifying / assessing top talent all the way through offer negotiation and closing.
You will be someone who thrives in building trusted influential relationships with hiring managers and who can facilitate a high touch candidate experience.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and is responsible for managing assignments for most of our countries (Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy ).
You will have the opportunity to work on a very large diversity of profiles with a deep focus on high-volume roles mainly based in our Shared Service Center : customer service, b2b support, sales, operations
Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with members of the Top and Middle Management to define priorities of recruitment, collaborate on recruiting strategy, streamline our evaluation process, and improve our ability to attract top talent.
Maintain a high level of communication with the HR Business Partners, understand their populations and needs
Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Leverage all possible candidate sourcing channels to drive a higher volume of qualified talent into our process
Become an expert in identifying and engaging passive talent for the organization
Selection & hiring :
Guarantor of a successful candidate experience, ensure a clear and perfect selection & hiring process
Engage the hiring team with clear guidelines and support
Continuous improvement of selection processes
Employer Branding :
Work on development of on our Employer Brand with the talent team
Who you are
3+ years of recruitment experience, including experience recruiting in sales and operations
Experience hiring across different regions and industries, preferably in high growth companies
Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a real plus.
The ability to source candidates like no one else and an eye for untapped talent
Strong business acumen, a strategic and sales mindset
Data driven approach
