    We are looking for empathetic customer-centric individuals to join a dynamic inbound call center team wich will be based in Madrid.

    Your role will be to manage inbound calls from Spain and ensure cases are managed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression.

    On a typical day you will be :

  • Answering high volume of calls
  • Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries
  • Documenting all calls within our Salesforce CRM system
  • Researching relevant information for customers using all available resources
  • Seeking and listening to customer feedback
  • Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy
  • Coordinating authorisations for treatment by liaising with 3rd party global providers
  • Booking and amending appointments
  • Assisting with enrolment and claims
  • Day shifts : Flexible Shift Patterns driven by the business : 5 days Monday to Sunday between 7.00am - 10.00pm (Totaling 40 hours per week)

    Qualifications

    In order to be successful for this role, you should have the following :

  • Experience of working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing several cases per day
  • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Familiarity in the use of CRM systems
  • Customer focus and empathetic towards customers
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and advanced IT literacy
  • Thrives under pressure
  • A team player
