We are looking for empathetic customer-centric individuals to join a dynamic inbound call center team wich will be based in Madrid.
Your role will be to manage inbound calls from Spain and ensure cases are managed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression.
On a typical day you will be :
Day shifts : Flexible Shift Patterns driven by the business : 5 days Monday to Sunday between 7.00am - 10.00pm (Totaling 40 hours per week)
