The Role

The Sales Lead Manager will be responsible establishing and managing a lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management.

The Sales Lead Manager will also be responsible for working with Marketing, rest of Sales Teams and with the Telefónica Operating units to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process

What will you do :

  • Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads.
  • Building lead scoring methodology and rules to develop leads, including external sources of information.
  • Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.
  • Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams. Nurturing includes email, telemarketing, printed fulfillment, webinars, and marketing automation programs.
  • Define processes to ensure agile and regular flow of deals to sales managers and appropiate follow up on leads by sale teams.
  • Maintaining a library of Sales / Marketing Tools / Assets (print and online).
  • Managing CRM / Marketing Automation Technology.
  • Maintaining End-User (Prospect / Customer) Database.
  • Managing contact information and reference lists.
  • Define Data Profile / Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.
  • Monthly report on Lead Management ROI
  • We look for someone who :

    Has a working knowledge of new technologies such as business intelligence, account based marketing and predict marketing software.

    Technically competent to judge the various programs that manage inquiries (SaaS, CRM and SFA programs, Marketing Automation software, etc).

    An understanding of product positioning, promotion, sales and return on marketing investment are needed. Interest in cybersecurity. Content design.

    More than 5 years working in a B2B environment in online inbound marketing. Agency experience or lead management experience is a plus.

  • Strong organization and analytical skills. Detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative, team-player.
  • Able to work in a multinational environment
  • Education : Bachelor degree

  • MBA or MSC desired.
  • You speak :

    Spanish : native or proficiency

    English : native or proficiency

    Other languages (French, Portuguese or German is a plus)

    You are :

    Self-starter with entrepreneurial approach to work, excellent leadership, organizational and problem solving / decision making skills with minimal direction, high attention to detail!
