Job Title : French and Spanish Human Resources Assistant

Reports to : HR Manager

Location : Tres Cantos, Madrid , Spain

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Our HR team look after a variety of business groups within Trek to include retail, wholesale and distribution

To be successful in this role you'll need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and able to react quickly to change.

Key Responsibilities :

  • General HR administration tasks
  • Dealing with Legal, Payroll and other providers in Spain, France and Portugal
  • Coordination of learning and development systems
  • HR information system administration
  • Contracts management
  • Disciplinary issues
  • Holiday & sickness reporting
  • Employee probation monitoring
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Benefits management
  • Dealing with general HR queries
  • Skills Required

  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal French, English, and Spanish language
  • Committed to delivering best in class customer service
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload through good time management skills
  • Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Innovative and able to think of creative solutions to problems
  • Fluent in French, Spanish and English
  • Personal Qualities

  • Can-do attitude and ability to react to change quickly
  • Comfortable working with staff at all levels within an organization
  • Miscellaneous Duties
