Yourrole and work environment :
As Assurance Expert you are partof the Country Migration and Deployment CoE and is a multi-country facing role.He / She is responsible for inception, tracking and progress of all testingactivities performed across the countries in scope.
As an Assurance Expert, youare expected to be focusing fully on one country or one Tribe to support themigration of the country to the target platform.
You support the Tribe and thecountry you are assigned to on a continuous basis spending 75% of your time.The rest of the time you spend on improving your craftsmanship within the CoE.
You are responsible for defining the Test Strategy Framework together withother experts in the CoE. Together with the test chapter leads in the countryof focus, you should develop the detailed test plan.
Responsible for testdesign, test execution management and reporting in the countries in scope. Responsiblefor contributing and collaborating with the Process Expert Team for TargetOperating Model.
Responsible for building the craftsmanship of Test chaptersand QA engineers and general day to day managing of the automation.
Also, tomanage any 3rd party or contracting testing resource.Should act as a demand manager for testingresources across the countries in scope

As an Assurance Expert in Maggie you :
üExecutethe Transformation Plan in functional testing & nonfunctional testing toensure local readiness
oExecute Testing plan
oManage risks and resolves issues thataffect release scope, schedule and quality
oCoordinate content and effort requiredfor defects in acceptance
üSupportthe Tribe / Country of your focus to achieve the excellence in assurance and toenable the migration to target platform including all pre-requisites in termsof assurance
üBuild,streamline and maintain a top-notch automated test framework using the countryteams that across countries and pillars in scope.
Liaise with Delivery Manager,product owners, and developers to identify and assess new development orconfiguration tasks with the functions and objects affecting them.
oInterfaces with all areas affected bychanges in Tribes across countries in scope.
oMonitors the project SW release frominitiation through to delivery ensuring full interaction with customer on allmatters providing status reports as necessary during tests.
oEscalate test and / or release contentionissues to Portfolio Management CoE
oDeliver and maintain internal"Best Practice" for software release and test management processes.
oMentoring and training of internaltesting resources.
oOrganising testing phases of differentprojects in conjunction with the country test chapters
oOrganising, recruiting extra resourcewhen required.
üSupportthe It Teams to ensure the integrity and availability of Test and Productionenvironments using the testing function
oMaintain inventory both in terms ofadding new applications and functions where the changes have to be transportedto production.
oEnsure that test environments aremaintained and remain "Fit for purpose" for the programme of projectdeliverables.
oOversees / coordinates all aspects of thetest environmental requirements.
oPlans, conducts and directs the releaseand test environment analysis.
üEnsurecoordination of all partners , vendors, test teams, internal users and deliveryteams on each deploymentMaintain strongrelationship with both county business and the Retail Tribes relating tosoftware release and change to ensure smooth transition.
oLiaising with and managing expectationsof the technical integration team and country IT Lead
üStrengthenthe One Agile Way of Working while safeguarding the Orange Code.
üStimulateinteraction between people, CoE’s, squads and chapters (within and outside yourown CoE).
üCreateand maintain the new cross-cultural collaboration by creating awareness andunderstanding, leveraging on diversity and by communicating effectively.

Your work environment
The worklocation is Las Rozas, on the outskirts of Madrid although, it will change toCalle Vía de los Poblados, 1, 28033 (Madrid) during 2020.
You will workin close connection with an international network of colleagues and leaders inthe others countries.
What we offer?
