Experienced in leading and managing an Ad operations team.
An expert in the TikTok platform and the TikTok products and help mentor and supportyour team so they reach their full potential.
Keep up to speed with product updates and ensure your team are knowledgeable innew product releases.
Guide the team on best practices to help minimise mistakes.
Take ownership on large complex bookings and align with sales and product teams togather requirements for solutions and assist with the deployment of proposed strategiesand tactics.
Closely align with other ADE Leads within the EU and ensure you are following the samepractices.
Closely collaborate with the AdOps EU Lead and provide weekly feedback on teamperformance and campaign issues.
Work closely with the CSM Lead to ensure campaign assets are received within therequired timeframes.
Arrange adhoc training sessions for BPM / CSM’s to ensure best practise for campaignsetup are supported.
Monitor the team’s workload and redistribute work to ensure it is evenly loaded.
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing and legal to deliver clientsatisfaction on large complex bookings
Analyse data to identify advertising opportunities for clientsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media or related field
Strong experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking and data analytics
Experience in mobile advertising on Twitter, Facebook, Google and Snapchat is preferred
Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
Strong knowledge with third-party ad serving technologies
Self-starter, fast learner, resilient and detail-oriented
