Managing mechanisms to capture, monitor, analyse and evaluate market, customer and competitive indicators used in EMEA planning and commercial decision making :

  • Having a deep understanding of customer challenges relevant to portfolio remit (make VOC studies, identify customer KPDs / needs) to drive value driven marketing approaches
  • Maintaining knowledge of product portfolio in remit
  • Identifying trends, opportunities / gaps (stay abreast of changes in the market environment, regulatory environment, application, technologies and competitive strategies)
  • Producing a roadmap for the next 1-3 years
  • Remain active in strategic pricing processes / topics
  • Lead EMEA marketing planning process to identify and prioritise actionable go-to-market strategies and tactical product promotional activities to achieve sales growth and strengthen Bio-Rad’s position in the sales regions :

  • Working closely with Regional Sales and Marketing Mgmt in development, prioritisation and promotion of commercial campaigns
  • Lead the development, execution and monitoring of commercial campaigns (and all necessary initiatives for the target segments) required to achieve the strategic goals and regional commercial objectives with appropriate resource plans
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Mgrs and Marketing Operations Teams to execute on segment targeted initiatives, events, ads, and other demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with Group Marketing teams to produce sales enablement tools and training for relevant parts of the Sales organisation
  • Liaising with Regional Sales and Marketing Managers to ensure local needs are captured and addressed in the development and execution of strategies
  • Ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach between sales and marketing stakeholders through excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Monitor and report relevant KPIs to track progress of strategies and impact of tactical activities
  • Development and support implementation of Marketing Campaigns to drive QSD sales

  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication team and Regional Marketing managers to implement the planned programs
  • Advance customer adopting of USP / Key messaging of QSD Portfolio and drive demand generation
  • Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Direct, coach and develop a team of Product Managers develop team best practices, knowledge and competencies
  • Monitor and report relevant KPIs to create transparency and alignment with key stakeholders : EMEA Directors; Regional Sales Teams;
  • Regional Marketing; Business Units

  • Regular communications with key stakeholders to foster alignment and development of mutual goals
  • Requisitos

    Masters Degree or above

    Ideally, qualified in business / marketing discipline (or relevant professional experience in business / marketing)

    English is a must, having additional languages will be an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Arabic)

    At least 5-10 years of experience working within customer segments in commercial roles (Sales & Marketing) pertaining to clinical diagnostics

    Experience of deploying market segmentation strategies : articulating and delivering solutions to target segments

    Market research or analytical experience
