The Global Automation team within Criteo which consists of multiple product teams operating autonomously - develops and runs a wide range of first-class solutions that empower Criteo's commercial and operations teams to maximize their business impact.

As a Product Manager within Global Automation, you will be accountable for supporting a pivotal, company-wide initiative of increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness across Criteo’s teams by defining the product vision, leading the product strategy, creating roadmaps and executing on implementation plans to deliver the right service to our users at the right time, measured by the quality and cost of services provided to Criteo’s clients.

More specifically, this role will be focused on leading a product team within Global Automation as an individual contributor with the aim to better empower our Commercial teams with the means to proactively improve the performance of Criteo’s clients for example by providing insights on potential campaign optimizations for clients, highlighting campaign-relatedissues to act upon, and presenting opportunities for upselling within one’s portfolio of clients.

You will be working in a multicultural and diverse environment alongside highly motivated colleagues with a team of highly skilled developers, UX designers, data engineers and other product managers on products that make a real business impact.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

Define and own the long-term vision of the product and inspire others in the organization to support it.

Closely collaborate with the engineering team, UX designer and other key stakeholders to develop and execute on the product strategy and roadmap to make this vision a reality.

Research and identify user needs in order to explore opportunities while effectively managing their expectations.

Drive the product backlog and prioritize what the team should work on following a data-driven approach, using both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Guide new products and features from conceptualization to launch while keeping the users at the center of everything.

Define and monitor relevant KPIs for your product to understand the impact and how this translates into the overall business.

Be an advocate for your product : frequently share relevant updates and achievements within the organization to bring visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.

Who you are

At least 3 years of product management experience.

Passion for building digital products and solving user problems.

Excellent communication skills, being able to clearly articulate your product vision throughout the organization.

Autonomous, proactive and detail-oriented. You can demonstrate your ability to solve problems end to end to bring value to the users.

Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to data-driven decision making using both qualitative and quantitative insights.

You are dynamic and versatile and like working in fast-paced environments.

You are fluent in English and comfortable using it as your default written and spoken language.

Experience working in Adtech as a product manager is a plus.
