Job Description
The Purchasing Manager position will be responsible to :
Deploy and follow-up group and local purchasing procedures
Optimize all spend (direct and indirect cost) in coordination with the Group and in line with target submitted at yearly basis.
Manage a team of Buyer and coordinate projects
Cost reduction and inflation control Project.
Communicate of all action lead, scheduled in close coordination with Division Manager
Rationalize the supplier portfolio and aim to standardize our item database
Secure labs procurement in leading appropriate action (multisourcing, reduce dependency )
Improve our payment terms (DPO)
Write, review, sign supplier contract (LSA) including our General Terms of Purchase (GTP) working close with Legal Department
Lead specific projects
Equipment management.
These missions may change / be updated as per Eurofins needs in the future.
Qualifications
The Purchasing Manager must :
know all leverage to negotiate, secure and deploy a new agreement
manage a close and constructive collaboration with all labs
speak at least English (and French as an option)
know how to lead change
Additional Information
Type of contract : permanent
Traveling : low, some occasional trips and maybe initially for training / onboarding
Availability : as soon as possible
Remuneration : to be defined according to the profile
