In charge of new customer acquisition, the Sales Manager ensures the development of new-business. When it comes to identified business opportunities, he / she conducts prospecting, pre-sales, and develops proposals in response to customer needs on standard products and the implementation of advanced and strategic solutions by finalizing the sale, in compliance with Splio’s commercial and long-term relationships and confidence in its customers.
Implements prospecting actions to achieve business objectives

Feeds commercial reporting and customer information via the CRM tool
Processes leads on incoming calls entrusted to him / her
Drives sales on new accounts
Qualifies customer needs and solicits the Pre-Sales & Project teams according to the nature of the project
Acts as an Splio-product Story-Teller, performs demos by making the customer’s expectations his / her own
Builds the commercial proposal in relation with the Country Manager and, Pre-Sales & Project teams
Establishes the contract in relation with the Legal Manager
Ensures the negotiation and finalizes the deals
Coordinates project launch with the teams and the customer
Ensures the account opening plan
Sets up the launch meeting with the customers and the Customer Success Manager
A least 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager in sales of Marketing software solutions (Marketing Automation, Loyalty, ESP, etc..)
A sense of customer service and know how to communicate with ease and diplomacy
Masters product marketing in long-sale cycles
Masters BtoB product selling
Masters sales techniques following a logic of new customer acquisition (hunting)
Know how to prospect, manage the negotiation and sales phases
Know the practices of e-commerce, direct marketing and retail
Have sense of purpose
Be pugnacious and dynamic in his / her organization
Demonstrate a learning ability and be on standby in his / her market
Know how to mobilize the teams around a project following a result-oriented logic
