Purpose of the role & ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Director Aseptic Process Solutions, who is based in Boxmeer, the Associate Director Aseptic Process Solutions is responsible for the operational, project and technical support of production and quality control through the development, implementation and innovation of reliable aseptic (production) processes and programs.
In a proactive (consultative), reactive (troubleshooting) manner, but also in the design phase at new production sites, you provide expertise within the Aseptic Process Solutions strategy focused on both processes and material.
Priorities for attention in the coming years are engineering projects, site to site transfers and projects to transfer to Closed Systems.
You take care of the entire process, from root cause analyzes to formulating corrective actions and implementing innovations.
At all times, you monitor the various internal and external interests, maintain your balance and ensure the structural solutions throughout the organization.
You work in close collaboration with representatives of site (middle) management, quality control and quality assurance, engineering, maintenance, production and improvement.
