Multinational Retail Company is looking for an Office Manager to join its headquarters :

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Manage reception teams.
  • Taking care of the office.
  • Manage Office Manager budget and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Manage the company fleet.
  • Ensure the office complies with all security measures.
  • Organisation and logistics of travel arrangements for employees, negotiation with suppliers.
  • Building facilities management.
  • Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience as Office Manager.
  • 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Have strong MS Office skillss.
  • Organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail in all concerning areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
